Your loyalty tier is based on your eligible Kirri spend over a rolling 12-month period &#x2014; the more you shop, the higher your tier. Higher tiers earn a bigger points multiplier (1x&#x2013;3x on purchases) and unlock better tier gifts and rewards. Tier names and thresholds are managed in our rewards platform, so if a customer asks exactly which tier they&apos;re in, check their Rewards account or point them to the Loyalty &amp; Rewards page to view their current tier. If your eligible spend over the past 12 months drops below a tier&apos;s threshold, your tier can also be downgraded.</p>
