Your loyalty tier is based on your eligible Kirri spend over a rolling 12-month period — the more you shop, the higher your tier. Higher tiers earn a bigger points multiplier (1x–3x on purchases) and unlock better tier gifts and rewards. Tier names and thresholds are managed in our rewards platform, so if a customer asks exactly which tier they're in, check their Rewards account or point them to the Loyalty & Rewards page to view their current tier. Note: loyalty tiers are separate from Kirri Plus (our paid monthly membership) — customers can be in a loyalty tier and also subscribe to Kirri Plus for extra perks.
