Kirri Rewards points expire 1 year after they're earned, so it's worth redeeming them before then.

If an order is returned or refunded, any points you earned from that order are removed from your account.

Rewards vouchers (redeemed with points) can't be combined with promo codes, other rewards vouchers, or Kirri Plus credit — only one can be used per order.

Points can't be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash.

Cancelling Kirri Plus does not affect your free Kirri Rewards account — your points balance and loyalty tier stay exactly as they are, and your points remain valid until their own expiry date. Only your Kirri Plus subscription (and its monthly credit) is affected by cancelling — see "How do I manage, pause, or cancel Kirri Plus?" for details.
