Your loyalty tier is calculated based on your eligible Kirri spend over a rolling 12-month period (not a fixed calendar year) — so your qualifying window is always the trailing 12 months from today, not reset on a set date like Dec 31st. If your eligible spend over the past 12 months drops below a tier's threshold, your tier can also be downgraded.
