What is your warranty policy for electric diffusers?Updated 7 hours ago

Kirri provides a 12-month warranty on all electric diffusers from the dispatch date. If your diffuser is found to be defective during this period, you are eligible for a replacement.

Important: This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Step 1: Troubleshoot Before Claiming Warranty

Before submitting a warranty request, we recommend following our diffuser troubleshooting guide to ensure the issue isn’t something that can be resolved quickly:

This guide includes:

  • Checking your power source and adaptor
  • Testing the spare connector
  • Ensuring the fragrance pipe is properly attached
  • Cleaning the nozzle and pipe using Kirri’s cleaning solution

Following these steps often resolves common issues without the need for a replacement.

Step 2: Submit a Warranty Claim

If, after troubleshooting, your diffuser still does not work properly, you can submit a warranty request:

  1. Complete the Kirri Warranty Form.
  2. Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement if your diffuser is eligible under the warranty.
