1. Check the App
Make sure you’re using the new Kirri app:
Uninstall the old Scent Australia app, as having both installed may disrupt synchronization between the app and diffuser.
2. General Diffuser Troubleshooting Tips
Power Source: Ensure the diffuser is plugged into a working outlet. Try a different socket if needed. Always use the Kirri-supplied adaptor.
Spare Connector: Each diffuser comes with a spare connector. Swap it to see if this resolves the issue.
Fragrance Pipe Check: Make sure the fragrance pipe is securely attached. A loose connection can prevent proper diffusion.
Nozzle or Pipe Build-Up: Oil residue can accumulate over time.
Run Kirri’s cleaning solution through the diffuser for ~2 minutes.
For a deeper clean, remove the nozzle cap and gently wipe inside using a cotton bud dipped in the cleaner.
