My Kirri diffuser isn’t working properly, what should I do?Updated 7 hours ago

We’re sorry to hear your diffuser isn’t working as expected. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and get your diffuser back on track:

1. Check the App

  • Make sure you’re using the new Kirri app:

  • Uninstall the old Scent Australia app, as having both installed may disrupt synchronization between the app and diffuser.


2. General Diffuser Troubleshooting Tips

  • Power Source: Ensure the diffuser is plugged into a working outlet. Try a different socket if needed. Always use the Kirri-supplied adaptor.

  • Spare Connector: Each diffuser comes with a spare connector. Swap it to see if this resolves the issue.

  • Fragrance Pipe Check: Make sure the fragrance pipe is securely attached. A loose connection can prevent proper diffusion.

  • Nozzle or Pipe Build-Up: Oil residue can accumulate over time.

    • Run Kirri’s cleaning solution through the diffuser for ~2 minutes.

    • For a deeper clean, remove the nozzle cap and gently wipe inside using a cotton bud dipped in the cleaner.
