We dispatch Monday–Friday from our Melbourne warehouse.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and remain free Australia-wide when you spend $75+ (after discounts).

• Dispatch days: Orders placed by 12 pm AEST ship the same business day.

• Freight protection: All parcels travel insured; “Freight Protection” is simply AusPost’s cover against loss or damage in transit.

• Subscription shipping: The first shipment in a subscription includes the usual fee. All subsequent cycles ship free when the order value meets the $75 threshold.

• Origin: Every order leaves our Port Melbourne warehouse.

• Signature on delivery: Recommended for valuables and gifts; you can turn it on in the AusPost app.
