What is covered under warranty

Kirri offers a 12 month warranty on electric diffusers from the date of dispatch.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing faults in the diffuser unit

  • Internal component failures that occur under normal household use

It does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops or impact

  • Damage from incorrect voltage or non Kirri adaptors

  • Damage caused by using non Kirri fragrance products

  • Normal wear and tear

Other products may have limited warranty coverage. If you are unsure, contact [email protected] with your order number and the product in question.


Step 1: Troubleshoot before submitting a warranty claim

Many diffuser issues can be resolved with a few simple checks.

Before submitting a claim, please follow the steps in:

This includes:

  • Checking the power source and ensuring you are using the supplied adaptor

  • Trying the spare connector included with your diffuser

  • Ensuring the fragrance pipe is properly seated

  • Running cleaning solution through the nozzle to clear any build up

If the diffuser still does not work after these steps, you may be eligible for a warranty claim.


Step 2: Submitting a warranty claim

To submit a warranty request:

  1. Complete the Kirri Warranty Form

  2. Provide the following:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase

    • The model of your diffuser

    • A clear description of the issue

    • Photos or a short video of the problem if possible

  3. Confirm that you have completed the troubleshooting steps

Our team will review your claim and may contact you for further information if needed.


What happens if my warranty claim is approved

If your diffuser is confirmed to have a covered fault within the warranty period, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement unit at no cost to you, or

  • Offer an alternative resolution where appropriate

In some cases we may request that you return the original unit for assessment or safe recycling.


What happens if my diffuser is outside warranty or not covered

If your product is outside the 12-month window, or the issue is not covered under warranty, we will let you know your options.
