1. Track your order: Open the tracking link in your dispatch email or use the Australia Post app for real-time updates.

2. Delayed or missing parcels: If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time:

  • Check with your neighbours or safe drop area.
  • Lodge a missing parcel enquiry via the AusPost app or Australia Post website.

3. Parcel marked “delivered” but not found: If you can’t find your parcel after tracking shows it was delivered:

  • Contact Australia Post to report the issue.
  • Email us with your order number and tracking link at [email protected] — we’ll help resolve it.

Stolen packages: We cannot cover theft after delivery, but we’ll support you with any documentation needed for a claim with Australia Post.
