How can I track my Kirri order?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track orders through your Kirri account or the Australia Post tracking portal.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes — we offer international shipping, including to the USA.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery time depends on your location.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
What happens if my parcel is stolen or goes missing after delivery?
Once a parcel is marked “delivered” by Australia Post, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.
If your item hasn’t arrived or has gone missing, we recommend:
- Lodging a missing parcel enquiry via the AusPost app or website
- Including your tracking number and any delivery details
- Mentioning if you were away from home at the time
We’re happy to assist with any supporting documents for your claim.
To avoid issues in the future, consider using the AusPost app to:
- Require a signature
- Avoid safe drop
- Redirect to a Post Office or Parcel Locker
