Shipping Policy:
We aim to provide a smooth and quick delivery experience for every customer. Here’s what you can expect:
Shipping Locations: We ship to most addresses across Australia and internationally.
Shipping Methods:
Standard Shipping (1–7 business days): Flat rate of $7.50 for orders under $75. Free for orders over $75.
Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Flat rate of $12.50 for all orders.
International Shipping: Flat rate of $50 for orders under $200, and free for orders over $200. Delivery time varies depending on location (usually 6–12 business days).
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Orders placed after 12 PM AEST may be processed the following business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor the delivery status.
Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Eligibility for Returns:
You can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging and in resellable condition.
We do not accept returns for opened or used oil, due to health and safety reasons.
How to Return:
Lodge your return request at our Returns Center.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
