Can I change or cancel my order?
We move quickly to pack and dispatch orders, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes if you contact us right away.
Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and request, or call us at 1300 731 680 during business hours from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
Can I update my shipping address or delivery instructions after placing an order?
Once your order has been placed, our warehouse team moves quickly to dispatch it — so we’re unable to change the shipping address or delivery instructions after the parcel has left.
Please note: we do not control courier delivery decisions once parcels leave our warehouse. All post-dispatch delivery changes must be managed directly with the courier.
For Australian orders, we ship via Australia Post, who offer flexible delivery options via their app:
Redirect or update delivery address
Add delivery notes or safe drop instructions
Request that a signature is required upon delivery
Track orders in real time through the AusPost app or MyPost account
If your parcel is delivered unsafely, we recommend lodging feedback directly with Australia Post. Our Customer Care team can assist if you need guidance or supporting documents.
