Why was I asked for ID?

To protect our customers and reduce card fraud, we sometimes ask for a quick identity check when our payment partner flags an order. It takes less than a minute and helps us ship your fragrance with confidence.


What ID do you accept?

Any government‑issued photo ID such as a driver licence, passport, or proof‑of‑age card. You’re welcome to mask the document number; we only need to see your name and address.


How is my ID stored?

Your image is encrypted, viewed by one trained specialist, then permanently deleted within thirty days. Kirri never shares these details with third parties.


Why was my order cancelled?

Our fraud filter detected several risk signals and we were unable to verify the payment securely. The payment was voided immediately and a full refund issued. Funds usually return to your account within three to five business days.


Can I place another order?

Absolutely. Use the same billing and shipping address, or pay with PayPal or Apple Pay for instant verification. Our team will fast‑track the replacement order once cleared.


Will this affect my loyalty points or subscription?

No. Points remain in your account and subscription benefits continue. Verification only pauses fulfilment until the order is cleared.


I’m uncomfortable sharing ID—what else can I do?
