Why isn’t my Macro 30ml oil filled to the top of the bottle?Updated 4 hours ago

Our Macro 30ml oils are intentionally filled to a marked line rather than the very top. This is part of a thoughtful design update made to improve functionality.

With our previous bottle design, oils filled right to the brim could spill when customers placed them inside their diffuser. To resolve this, we introduced a 40ml bottle with a 30ml marked fill line. The extra space ensures the oil can be inserted into your diffuser cleanly and safely.

You are still receiving the full 30ml as indicated by the line. The extra capacity simply helps prevent mess and makes the product easier to use.
