A discount code may be one-time use, expired, limited to eligible products or customers, or unavailable with another promotion.

Please provide the exact code, a screenshot of the error, the items in your cart, and the email address used at checkout. Customer care must verify the code conditions before promising a replacement.

Recovery codes and case-by-case offers must be tracked using the CS Recovery Offer tag. Discount offers must also use discount_given. A 75% diffuser upgrade or 75% Discovery Sample Pack offer must also use upselling.
