Why can’t Kirri find my David Jones or THE ICONIC order?Updated 12 hours ago

Orders placed through David Jones or THE ICONIC are marketplace orders and may not appear in Kirri’s Shopify system. This does not mean the order is missing.

Please provide the marketplace name, marketplace order number, customer name and email used for the purchase, product name, issue details, and any relevant tracking information or photos.

Kirri customer care will hand the case to the marketplace support process and investigate with the relevant CX team. David Jones contacts may originate from [email protected] and THE ICONIC contacts may originate from [email protected].
