The diffuser will not connect

Please check the operating mode.

If:

HIGH / MID / LOW lights are visible

The diffuser is still in Manual Mode.

Hold the M button for 5 seconds to switch into Bluetooth Mode.


No mist or weak fragrance

Please check:

✓ Atomiser installed correctly

✓ Bottle tightened securely

✓ Bottle and nozzle sitting flush

✓ Fragrance remaining

✓ Correct mode selected

✓ Cleaning completed recently

Correct installation order:

Remove nozzle → insert into 100ml bottle → screw together → insert back into diffuser → tighten until flush.


Schedules are not working

Schedules only operate in Bluetooth Mode.

Manual Mode disables app control.

Switch modes using:

Hold M for 5 seconds.
