My Room Spray Nozzle Is Dripping Instead of Spraying — What Should I Do?Updated 15 days ago

We want every Kirri fragrance ritual to feel effortless. Occasionally, a spray nozzle may not mist as intended. Instead, it can drip or leak. This is rare, but if it happens, here’s how to resolve it:

Quick Fixes to Try at Home

  1. Tighten the Spray Collar

    • Ensure the nozzle is screwed down firmly. A loose collar can cause leaking.

  2. Prime the Pump

    • Press the nozzle 8–10 times quickly to clear any air bubbles.

  3. Flush the Nozzle

    • Remove the spray top and run warm (not hot) water through the tube and nozzle head. Dry and reattach.

  4. Clear the Opening

    • Use a clean pin to gently remove any dried fragrance blocking the nozzle.

These steps usually restore a fine mist.
