How does my Kirri Plus monthly credit work?Updated 12 hours ago

Every month, your Kirri Plus subscription adds store credit to your account automatically (the amount depends on your tier — see "What is Kirri Plus and what do I get?").

Your credit is valid for 1 year from the date it's issued. Any unused credit rolls over, so it keeps accumulating — but each month's credit still expires 1 year from when it was originally issued, so use it before then or it will be lost.

Credit can't be combined with promo codes, rewards vouchers, or other store credit on the same order.

You don't have to use your full balance at once — you can apply part of your credit to an order and the remainder stays available until its own expiry date.

You can always spend more than your available credit; you'll simply be charged the difference through your normal payment method.

Kirri Plus credit has no cash value — it can't be refunded, withdrawn, or exchanged for cash.
