You can manage your Kirri Plus subscription anytime from your account's Manage Subscription page — update your plan, payment method, shipping address, or next ship date, and pause, skip, or cancel your subscription.

Changes need to be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled ship date to take effect on that cycle.

If you cancel, any unused Kirri Plus credit is forfeited — it won't carry over or be refunded, so it's worth using up your balance first if you can.

Cancelling only stops future renewals. It doesn't automatically refund or reverse any order or payment that's already been processed.

If a payment fails, it's usually due to an expired card, insufficient funds, or outdated billing details — you can update your payment method from Manage Subscription to fix this.

Complimentary Kirri Plus shipping applies to Australian addresses only; it isn't available on international orders.

Kirri Plus is tied to the account holder — the subscription, credit, and perks can't be transferred to another person or account.
