If your Element Diffuser isn’t charging, don’t worry, this is usually a quick fix. Please go through the steps below:

1. Check the cable type
Make sure you are using the USB to Type-C cable that came with your diffuser.

If that cable isn’t working, try another USB-A to Type-C cable.

Important:
Type-C to Type-C cables will not work with our diffusers.
This is because the diffuser is designed to draw power from standard USB-A output and does not support the voltage negotiation required for USB-C to USB-C connections.

2. Check the charging light indicator
You can tell what’s happening based on the light:

• No light → No power is connected
• Blinking red → Power is connected, but the cable may not be plugged in properly
• Steady red → The diffuser is charging correctly

3. Try a different power source
If needed, try plugging into a different USB port or wall adapter.
