Sometimes the car diffuser may crack if the top is tightened too firmly during setup.

If this happens, please email our team at [email protected] with:

• A photo of the damaged car diffuser
• Your order number
• Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement unit

If you choose a replacement, our team will send a replacement car diffuser and refill out to you as soon as possible.

When installing the diffuser, we recommend tightening it gently until secure. Overtightening may place pressure on the glass component.
