Beacon Diffuser Atomiser – Your Questions AnsweredUpdated 19 days ago
The atomiser probe is a key part of how your Beacon Diffuser works, helping to pull fragrance from the oil bottle and transform it into a fine mist. Below are some common questions and tips to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How many atomiser probes come with the Beacon Diffuser?
Each Beacon Diffuser comes with two atomiser probes:
The shorter probe is for 30ml bottles
The longer probe is for 100ml bottles
Both are included in the box. Sometimes the shorter probe can be tricky to spot, as it’s slim and can slip out of the white plastic packaging. It’s usually packed together with a spare rubber ring — please also check the bottom of the styrofoam padding if you can’t see it at first.
How do I insert the atomiser probe correctly?
Place the semi-sealed end downwards into the bottle
The open end of the probe faces upwards towards the nozzle
The semi-sealed end has tiny holes that act as a built-in filter to stop debris from entering the nozzle.
My 30ml bottle doesn’t fit — what should I do?
If your 30ml bottle won’t fit, it usually means the longer 100ml probe is still attached. Please check that you’re using the shorter probe for 30ml bottles. Switching the probe should fix the issue.
