Kirri diffusers are engineered and tested exclusively with Kirri fine fragrance oils. Each device is calibrated to the viscosity and atomisation profile of our formulas to ensure a clean, consistent mist and long life. You can technically use other oils. However, we do not recommend it, as it can clog and damage the diffuser. For best results, use Kirri fine fragrance oils only.

Why this matters

Oils from other brands can vary in thickness and composition. This can clog the nozzle, strain the pump, reduce diffusion performance, or cause leaks. Using Kirri fine fragrance oils preserves both the experience and the device.

Warranty note

Kirri diffusers include a 12-month device warranty that covers manufacturing faults. Fault or damage caused by using oils from other brands is not covered by this warranty.

If you have already used another oil

1. Empty the device and wipe any residue from the intake and nozzle.

2. Run a full clean following our diffuser care guide before refilling with a Kirri fine fragrance oil.

3. If performance does not return to normal, contact our team for support.
