Why aren't the buttons on my Element Diffuser working?Updated 3 hours ago

The Element follows one mode at a time. If it's connected to the kirri app or running an app schedule, the buttons on the diffuser won't respond the usual way, because the app is in control.

• No lights on: the Element is following the app
• Timer and intensity lights on: it's in manual mode

To use it manually: hold both buttons until the light flashes. It's now in manual mode and will run for the time you choose, then switch off.

To go back to the app: refresh the kirri app, or remove the diffuser in the app and pair it again.
